In newly released police footage, actor Shia LaBeouf is heard going on a racist rant and telling a black officer that he is going to hell because of the color of his skin.

(IJR) “You’re going to hell,” he said. “Straight to hell.”

When asked why the officer is “going to hell,” LaBeouf replied that it was because he was a “black man.”

“That doesn’t mean he’s going to hell,” another officer responded.

“It means a whole lot, bro,” LaBeouf shot back.

The actor went on to accuse the black officer of arresting him because he was “white” and asking others for a cigarette. In reality, LaBeouf was arrested for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and obstruction in his latest dust-up with the law. He is also accused of telling a white officer that his wife prefers black genitals.

LaBeouf later apologized for his behavior and treatment of police officers.

“I am deeply ashamed of my behavior and make no excuse for it,” the actor wrote, according to the Hollywood Reporter. “I don’t know if these statements are too frequent, or not shared often enough, but I am certain that my actions warrant a very sincere apology to the arresting officers, and I am grateful for their restraint.”

He also admitted his “outright disrespect for authority is problematic to say the least, and completely destructive to say the worst.”

He concluded, “It is a new low. A low I hope is a bottom.”

LaBeouf infamously went on an anti-Trump crusade that he called “He Will Not Divide” and included live streaming videos where participants denounced the Republican. It did not go well.
